What you will do

• Lead AI-first engineering strategies using tools like GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, and GPT APIs to boost team productivity.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack features for HR, Legal, and Risk clients.
• Define and refine prompt engineering best practices for the entire engineering team.
• Set standards for code quality and mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI software development trends to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience building production-grade applications.
• Deep expertise in modern backend or full-stack technologies (Python, Go, Java, Node, or React).
• Proven experience with LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain or direct OpenAI API usage.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools for productivity gains.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) residing in the US.
• English: C1+ proficiency required for articulating complex technical concepts.

• Industry knowledge in HR, Legal, or Risk domains.
