What you will do

• Design and deploy AI agents capable of perception, reasoning, and autonomous action.
• Integrate AI agents with external enterprise systems using REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Implement best practices for performance, scalability, and security in multi-agent environments.
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to align agent capabilities with business needs.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with exposure to AI/ML projects.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Google ADK.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, or Python (Java or PL/SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Proficiency in LLM integration, prompt engineering, and orchestration of multi-agent workflows.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), NLP, and reinforcement learning.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada
