Salary: $110,000 – $182,000 (Base)

What you will do
- Define and execute ISV prioritization and strategy in alignment with broader business goals to manage the partner onboarding lifecycle.
- Lead and develop a team of ISV Partner Managers and Partner Technical Advisors, providing mentorship and setting performance standards.
- Oversee program scalability by implementing tools such as iPaaS and optimizing partner documentation.
- Establish and track technical partner KPIs, including integration quality, speed to market, and technical certification rates.
- Translate partner product updates and complex customer use cases into actionable roadmap inputs for Product and Engineering.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for partner-related technical issues, coordinating resolution across CX, Product, and Engineering.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5–8+ years of experience in technical partner management, solutions engineering, or ISV program management within a SaaS or MarTech company.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- Expert knowledge of APIs (REST, webhooks), data integration patterns (ETL, reverse ETL, CDPs), and event streaming.
- Hands-on experience with data infrastructure tools such as Snowflake, Segment, or mParticle.
- Proven track record of building scalable processes and SLA frameworks in high-growth environments managing 100+ integrations.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with iPaaS platforms and app marketplace/app store models.
- Experience with self-service integration frameworks.
