What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical presales and solution delivery for enterprise customers, from discovery to production readiness.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders like CTOs and Heads of ML.
• Lead ML/AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures for large-scale GPU training and inference.
• Design reference architectures, Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, and best-practice deployments.
• Drive PoCs, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering to influence roadmap and act as technical authority.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior technical roles like Solutions Architect or ML Platform Engineer with customer-facing experience.
• Proven track record in complex presales: discovery, design, PoCs, production transition.
• Deep hands-on with large-scale ML workloads, GPU training/inference.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, MLOps, Kubernetes, distributed systems.
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and Python.
• Deep knowledge of GPU stacks (CUDA, drivers, optimization).
• Exceptional communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Customer-centric mindset balancing needs, feasibility, strategy.

Nice to have

• Senior AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect or Technical ML Product Manager experience.
• HPC/ML orchestration (Slurm, Kubeflow).
• Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Cloud ML ecosystem (NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience influencing product based on customer feedback.
