What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customers using GPU Cloud services.
• Design, deploy, and scale AI solutions and manage large-scale GPU workloads.
• Optimize GPU performance for ML training and inference.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and deliver technical presentations.
• Relay customer feedback and feature requests to product teams to align product development with customer needs.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Python.
• Deep understanding of GPU computing, including CUDA and OpenCL.
• Must be authorized to work in the country of application within Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks like Slurm or Kubeflow.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud tools.
• Strong project management and mentorship skills.
