What you will do

  • Coordinate full presale cycle team efforts
  • Lead development of presale documents, presentations, and financial models
  • Facilitate internal meetings for opportunity qualification, sales strategy, and proposal reviews
  • Present proposals and lead client calls as primary presenter
  • Balance interests of Sales and Delivery for competitive yet realistic proposals
  • Participate in presale function improvements like templates and practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise software development as Project Manager or Delivery Manager
  • Experience coordinating presales from intro to proposal and objection handling
  • Facilitating estimation sessions and creating delivery plans/roadmaps
  • Understanding of presales specifics, interactive and formal RFP processes
  • Advanced English or higher; communicate with USA/Europe technical and non-technical stakeholders including VP/CxO
  • Hands-on with document/presentation tools; financial aspects and delivery models knowledge
