TL;DR

VP, Remediation Analytics & Standards (Fintech): Leading an enterprise-wide analytics team to standardize and optimize consumer remediation and issue resolution processes with an accent on code quality, automation, and regulatory compliance. Focus on designing KPI/KRI frameworks, overseeing large-scale data engineering workflows, and delivering transparent insights to regulators.

Location: Must be based in the US and able to commute to the nearest Hub (e.g., West Chester, OH) for in-person engagement activities.

Salary: $170,000 - $290,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Lead an enterprise analytics team of 50+ data analysts and engineers.
  • Oversee the identification of impacted consumer populations and ensure accurate remediation of consumer harm.
  • Standardize coding processes and ensure rigorous quality assurance, version control, and auditability.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and KRIs to optimize operational performance and proactively manage risks.
  • Collaborate with IT, Validation, and Process Optimization teams to resolve data integrity gaps.
  • Prepare and present complex analytical findings to senior leaders and external regulators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, or related field (or 14+ years of relevant experience).
  • Minimum 11 years of progressive experience in analytics or data engineering.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise-level data teams.
  • Expertise in data manipulation using SQL, SAS, Python, or similar tools.
  • Experience in consumer remediation within a financial organization.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

  • In-depth experience with Regulatory Requirements in large financial institutions.
  • Strong background in developing automation solutions for operational processes.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
