Location: Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. Hybrid (Tuesdays & Wednesdays in HQ) for those within driving distance of Tukwila, WA; otherwise remote.
Salary: $173,500 - $211,900

What you will do
- Support the delivery of the enterprise Data Quality Program by implementing scalable frameworks and advancing governance maturity.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional data governance initiatives from concept through execution.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of approximately 20 employees, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Translate business priorities into clear team objectives and establish measurable KPIs.
- Identify and resolve root-cause data quality issues to strengthen enterprise data integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers, analytics teams, and technology partners to optimize governance outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or information systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in analyzing data quality issues and delivering enterprise data management and governance solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing complex projects and enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
- Experience using visual data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Must be a resident of approved US states (WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC).
