Engineering Manager (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Provide technical and people leadership for a fullstack squad consisting of iOS, Web, and Backend engineers.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and oversee Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Drive a culture of experimentation using A/B testing and data analytics to optimize creator onboarding.
• Lead hiring, goal setting, performance management, and professional development for the team.
• Integrate enterprise AI tooling into engineering workflows to realize new efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers and senior management to influence the technical vision.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years in an engineering management role with a history of hiring and coaching developers.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, architectures, and infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing fullstack teams in rapid, continuous release (CI/CD) environments.
• Deep expertise in at least one stack (Backend, Web, or iOS) and familiarity with the others.
• Experience with Docker and AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, Glue).
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience building AI-powered products.
• Knowledge of the affiliate advertising space and onboarding flows.
• Experience with user performance analytics and reporting.
