What you will do

• Establish scalable IR processes and a disciplined quarterly calendar for a newly public company.
• Draft and maintain key corporate materials, including overview decks, conference presentations, and earnings scripts.
• Translate complex experimental results and ML platform capabilities into clear investor language.
• Coordinate responses to inbound investor and analyst questions in partnership with the CFO.
• Plan and execute conference preparation, including content creation, logistics, and rehearsals.
• Collaborate with R&D and ML teams to align the external narrative with corporate priorities and milestones.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, healthcare equity research, or capital markets.
• Biotech experience is required.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for public-company communications.
• Ability to quickly master complex science and technology to communicate it to external audiences.
• Experience with public-company cadence, including earnings and IPO processes.

Nice to have

• Scientific training (degree in biology, chemistry, bioengineering, or computational biology).
• Experience with AI/ML-driven drug discovery or platform company narratives.
• Previous experience working directly with CEO/CFO leadership in high-stakes settings.
