What you will do

• Lead the development and integrity of financial models for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments (DCF, IRR, accretion/dilution).
• Build and maintain a structured repository of transactions and benchmarking frameworks to improve decision consistency.
• Develop standardized target fact packs for investment candidates to enable efficient, like-for-like evaluations.
• Translate strategic priorities into data-driven financial insights and exhibits for the Investment Committee and Board.
• Apply modern AI-enabled tools to optimize research, modeling support, and information synthesis.
• Proactively identify and cultivate potential acquisition and partnership targets aligned with strategic priorities.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in technology-focused investment banking, corporate development, or strategic finance.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and M&A transaction analysis.
• Experience evaluating transactions within the semiconductor or advanced technology sectors.
• Engineering Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical master’s preferred.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor with regular engagement with executive leadership.
