What you will do

• Drive HSEQ commitment across teams and ensure full compliance with safety requirements.
• Review and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for safe civil works.
• Supervise civil subcontractors to deliver scope on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Take accountability for civil operations, maintaining precise records of activities.
• Manage design look-aheads and interface with Civil Contract Manager for efficient execution.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Significant experience as Supervisor in heavy industrial civil, ideally EPC or subcontractor environment.
• SMSTS (or equivalent), valid SCC, Safepass, CSCS, or CCNSG card.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages advantageous.
• Good Microsoft Office skills for reporting and documentation.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for multi-disciplinary teams.
