What you will do

• Create and maintain clear business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of Ajax Video products.
• Perform competitor analysis and ensure new requests align with main product goals.
• Assist in the testing process of the product.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in software companies.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or Advanced level required.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements collection and elaboration.
• Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices.
• Advanced knowledge of IP protocol stack, REST API design, and integration protocols.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and Figma, Sketch, or Balsamiq.
• Knowledge of product management, engineering, UX/UI, or marketing.
• Previous pre-sale experience.
• Experience with video-related features or products.
