What you will do
- Own requirements for product tracks from discovery through Definition of Ready across sportsbook, AI chatbot, and backoffice modules
- Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning: prepare tickets, ensure acceptance criteria completeness, unblock estimation, and drive team alignment
- Produce and maintain product documentation in Confluence including architecture context, decision records, and process flows
- Collaborate with Solution Architect and Product Owner on feature decomposition and prioritization
- Define access control rules, validation logic, and edge-case flows for complex features like deposits, withdrawals, and bet placement
- Contribute to usability testing analysis and translate findings into actionable items
- Support client-facing discovery calls, capture decisions, and produce summaries
- Onboard new team members and champion AI tooling adoption within the BA function
Requirements
- 5+ years as Business Analyst on complex software products, with 1+ year in iGaming or regulated digital platforms
- Proven ability to write production-quality requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases
- Fluency in Lean AI-SDLC workflows, strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1) for specs and client-facing calls
- Strong prioritization, resilience in high-pressure environments, comfort with ambiguity
- Actively uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for requirements drafting, impact analysis, meeting summaries
- Understands LLM concepts at product level and reviews AI-generated user stories/test cases
Nice to have
- Experience with sports betting or casino domain (bet slip, odds, PAM)
- Experience on sportsbook backoffice platform
- Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Background in chatbot/conversational AI requirements
- Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance in regulated gambling jurisdictions
