What you will do
- Acquire new B2B customers in the Italian market through cold calling.
- Perform needs analysis to provide tailored e-commerce trust solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Track performance via KPIs and CRM to consistently exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in SaaS sales with a focus on cold calling.
- Fluent Italian (C2/Native).
- Intermediate English (B1).
- Permanently located in Lille, France.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce sector.
