TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (EMEA): Managing client relationships and ensuring successful outcomes for retail media clients with an accent on account growth, technical support, and platform onboarding. Focus on troubleshooting software issues, executing account plans, and collaborating with R&D to improve the SaaS product.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom, France, or Germany; based in or near London or Paris or able to travel there regularly is preferred.

What you will do

  • Provide high-quality technical support and responsive service to ensure customer success.
  • Identify and share account growth and expansion opportunities with senior team members.
  • Execute established account plans and document client progress.
  • Troubleshoot software function issues and escalate complex concerns to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Training and Education teams to develop onboarding content and documentation.
  • Collect and share client feedback with the R&D team to inform product discussions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom, France, or Germany.
  • Fluent or business-proficient English and French.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital/search advertising and domain knowledge.
  • 2+ years of experience with ecommerce advertising platforms (Amazon, hirify.global, Criteo, or CitrusAds).
  • Strong analytical skills and moderate Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup-like environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and other retail media display offerings.
  • Experience with social commerce platforms such as TikTok.
  • Background in customer success, consulting services, or pre-sales.
