TL;DR

Head of Business Systems & Operations (SaaS): Own and shape the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer teams with an accent on Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and BI layer integrations. Focus on transitioning systems ownership, establishing governance frameworks, embedding AI into workflows, and leading a high-performing team for operational efficiency.

What you will do

  • Own the systems and data architecture connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, the hirify.global platform, and BI layer.
  • Lead transition of systems ownership to Business Operations, establish operating model, governance, and roadmap for trusted data flows across teams.
  • Define BI architecture, master data management, and integration standards; embed AI into core workflows like forecasting and automation.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, Customer Ops, and Product to deliver scalable solutions; build and lead a small team of specialists.
  • Manage vendor relationships for core SaaS stack and report on system health KPIs to executives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years leading a team.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite integrations, iPaaS (Workato preferred), and modern BI tooling.
  • Experience designing closed-loop architecture for quote-to-cash and multi-entity environments; hands-on configuration in last 12 months.
  • Strong data governance, stakeholder management with Finance/GTM, and track record leading cross-functional programs.
  • People leadership with coaching mindset.

Nice to have

  • PE-backed high-growth SaaS experience with tight financial controls.
  • Familiarity with multi-stream revenue models and AI/ML embedding in workflows.
  • NetSuite/Salesforce certifications and experience transitioning systems ownership.
