What you will do

• Build and extend multi-agent systems and agentic workflows using AWS Agent Core, Bedrock Flows, or equivalent tools.
• Develop and integrate RAG pipelines, LLM-powered chatbots, assistants, and autonomous agents for business use cases.
• Harden proof-of-concept AI systems to production-grade standards within AWS and Databricks ecosystems.
• Implement observability, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI models and prompts.
• Collaborate with Team Lead, mentor engineers, and communicate with stakeholders on progress and decisions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions for AI systems.

Requirements

• Solid background in data science, data engineering, or related field with practical AI/ML experience.
• Proven hands-on experience building agentic AI systems, LLM applications, and RAG pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of AWS ecosystem for AI/ML (Agent Core, Bedrock, SageMaker).
• Experience with Databricks for data engineering, ML pipelines, or model serving.
• Ability to work independently, deliver reliably, and write clean, maintainable code.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with vector databases, graph-based retrieval, Slack API integrations.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-aware environments.
