What you will do

• Design and implement innovative AI services to enhance the user experience across a global SaaS portfolio.
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy NLP and LLM applications, including entity resolution, intelligent search, and document understanding.
• Optimize provisioning of AI services for performance and scalability for an international customer base.
• Leverage observability tools and system data to generate actionable insights and improve platform intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into cloud-native applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the AI field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with ML and data science packages.
• Production experience with NLP solutions, including transformer-based models, entity recognition, and classification.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and structured output generation.
• Containerization expertise using Docker for model packaging and deployment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to multi-lingual NLP or handling diverse text data.
• Previous work on ESG or compliance-related applications.
• Recent hands-on experience with modern NLP approaches.
