HR & Recruitment Assistant (E-commerce): Support daily HR operations and recruitment processes in a fast-growing international scale-up with an accent on administration, compliance, and employee experience. Focus on preparing contracts, managing onboarding/offboarding, coordinating interviews, and maintaining HR records.

Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (16 days home office per quarter)

What you will do

• Prepare contracts, offers, addendums, and manage employee documentation.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, track absences, leaves, and changes.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and support payroll coordination.
• Assist with recruitment: job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination.
• Support employees with HR questions and ensure positive candidate experience.
• Manage office operations, events, and HR reporting.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• 0-2 years in HR administration, operations, recruitment, or similar.
• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and HR systems experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication.
• Proactive mindset for fast-paced, collaborative environment.
