What you will do

• Source and identify potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen CVs and support the initial candidate selection process.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates.
• Support hiring managers and the People team throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment pipelines.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and assist with global People Team projects.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
