is building a platform blending traditional banking with DeFi, powering crypto on-ramps and payments for major Web3 ecosystems like Solana and partners including Visa, Mastercard, and MetaMask.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding across global markets.
- Lead complex searches for senior, head, and director-level roles, managing high-stakes hiring processes.
- Act as trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and build robust candidate pipelines.
- Leverage headhunting, networking, community engagement, and data-driven insights to improve efficiency.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements
- 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven sourcing and attraction of top talent via creative, strategic methods
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
- Data-driven approach with ATS and HR tools experience
- English C1 proficiency for daily global communication
- Hands-on fintech/crypto experience understanding talent landscape
- Active use of AI tools in sourcing, outreach, assessment, and pipeline management
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced remote-first environment
