What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and pipeline building
• Conduct screening interviews, coordinate schedules, and manage assessments
• Collect feedback, perform reference checks, and handle offer negotiations
• Track recruitment data, support internal mobility, and contribute to process improvements
• Maintain employer branding through quality candidate communication

Requirements

• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple roles with speed and quality
• Comfort with Greenhouse ATS and recruitment reporting
• Experience recruiting across functions or countries
