Location: Leicester Square - London (onsite). Must work all race weekends in the Formula 1 calendar.

What you will do

• Create and schedule engaging visual content for podcasts across social platforms to drive discovery and audience growth.
• Collaborate with podcast producers, presenters, and video teams on shoots for social media assets.
• Edit short-form videos using Premiere Pro from longer episodes and original content.
• Develop and execute social media strategies for factual and entertainment podcasts.
• Analyze performance data to provide feedback and improve content output.
• Manage social channels, optimizing posts for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and passion for Formula 1; must work all race weekends.
• Proficiency in Photoshop for thumbnails and graphics.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro for editing short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), trends, and best practices.
• Experience in community management and audience engagement.
• Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for podcasts; flexibility and positivity in a fast-paced environment.
