What you will do

• Manage and control access to the Sport Media Collection and Digital Archive.
• Respond to and prioritize media and research requests to meet tight broadcast deadlines.
• Curate and maintain digital media assets and metadata according to hirify.global standards.
• Implement retention and deletion policies for digital production media.
• Collaborate with production teams and align activity with wider hirify.global Archive strategies.
• Promote best practices in digital media management and production library workflows.

Requirements

• Experience working with digital archives or media content management.
• Strong knowledge of sport content types, genres, and production requirements.
• Proficiency with Media Asset Management (MAM) and Production Asset Management (PAM) systems.
• Familiarity with media formats, aspect ratios, and audio standards.
• Experience using EVS IPDirector, Dira, Dalet Galaxy, and Adobe Premiere.
• Must be based in Salford, UK, or able to work in a hybrid setup from this location.

Nice to have

• Understanding of sports rights and their implications for broadcasting.
• Experience providing access to file-based media and interpreting metadata.
• Experience planning and prioritizing workloads in a broadcast, production, or archive environment.
