What you will do
- Contribute creative ideas for platform-native content formats and activations across major social channels.
- Coordinate the creation, editing, and daily management of artist social media accounts.
- Schedule and publish content, including the optimization of long-form videos on YouTube.
- Conduct research on digital trends and social media best practices to inform artist campaign strategies.
- Manage creative asset libraries and coordinate the delivery of assets for social partners like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and translate data into actionable insights for reports.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or content creation support roles.
- Deep understanding of internet culture and a passion for short-form video content.
- Familiarity with the content ecosystems of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Proven ability to handle day-to-day operational execution, including scheduling and basic editing.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Must be based in the UK with availability for onsite work 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or CapCut.
- Experience using basic in-app editing tools within TikTok and Instagram.
