What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers in a player-coach capacity.
• Collaborate with Design and Product Managers to prioritize, schedule, and ship new features.
• Define and execute the team's long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap.
• Attract, hire, and retain a high-performing team of engineers.
• Lead technical decision-making and coordinate requirements across various engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team of engineers.
• Mastery of JS, HTML, CSS, and at least one framework such as React or Vue.
• Working knowledge of Node.js.
• Must be based in the New York City office (Hybrid).
