Location: Preferred based in St. Paul, MN or Seattle, WA, but open to remote within the US

Salary: $125,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy for consumer-facing products using AI-driven development tools and agents.
• Build highly configurable products for rewards marketplaces integrating with complex client environments via APIs and SDKs.
• Design AI-powered features leveraging foundation models and ML for predictive analytics and optimization.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure enterprise scalability, security, and integration.
• Translate enterprise client research into precise technical specifications for production-ready code.
• Drive agile development processes with an emphasis on backwards compatibility and enterprise deployment workflows.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of product management experience with a technical background (PM, Designer, or Engineer).
• Deep understanding of API-first and headless architecture patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and other AI-powered development tools for enterprise features.
• Knowledge of foundation models, AI agents for orchestration, and ML models in production.
• Proven track record of launching successful B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Understanding of US enterprise software environments, including authentication, security, and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience in loyalty, rewards, advertising technology, or marketplace platforms.
• Track record of managing products with significant revenue impact ($10M+ ARR).
• Knowledge of MLOps, model versioning, and A/B testing.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns (webhooks, OAuth, SAML).
