What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise data and insights programs.
• Build and maintain program governance, including project charters and program plans.
• Define, monitor, and elevate success metrics for data services and products.
• Translate business requirements into technical scopes and user stories for data engineering.
• Apply Agile principles for product planning, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremonies.
• Advance data democratization goals by partnering with product managers and analysts to develop reusable data assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar program management role.
• Proven ability to define, scope, and manage complex programs and projects.
• Expertise in coordinating a portfolio of initiatives and reporting on program health.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience improving PMO and program workflows using automation and AI-enhanced processes, including Microsoft Power Automate and Agentic AI.
