Salary: $60,000 base + uncapped commissions via sales incentive plan

What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed business plans to drive annuity production, including training and motivating financial institutions.
• Support corporate objectives and act as a leader in the Annuity Distribution group.
• Perform wholesaling in assigned territories to meet activity and sales goals with independent channels.
• Coordinate regional business plans with internal wholesalers and drive sales team performance.
• Maximize opportunities to grow advisor relationships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree
• 5+ years experience in annuity wholesale distribution
• Proven track record of sales results in assigned territory
• Previous external sales management preferred
• Experience across annuity distribution channels optimal
• State Life and Health License + FINRA Series 6 and 63
