What you will do

• Design and manage core AWS infrastructure via Terraform and Terragrunt
• Build and operate Kubernetes, GitOps, and observability tooling
• Shape deployment practices including progressive rollouts, canary deploys, and safe rollbacks
• Integrate security into SDLC with policy-as-code, OIDC access, and secret scanning
• Partner with teams on infrastructure, database, and deployment best practices
• Improve CI/CD and developer tooling; share on-call rotation

Requirements

• Production experience operating Kubernetes at scale
• Proven ability to improve developer experience and platform adoption
• Deep AWS experience and strong Terraform skills (Terragrunt bonus)
• Experience with observability stack: Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
• Modern CI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Flux
• Scripting in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Go; Linux, networking, security fundamentals
