What you will do

• Use AI-native approaches with Python, Go for operational tasks and infrastructure management to reduce manual toil
• Design scalable infrastructure on AWS, GCP, Azure with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Own reliability, performance, SLOs, and error budgets for core services
• Build and own observability stack with monitoring, logging, alerting
• Lead incident response, post-mortems, root cause analysis to prevent outages
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on system design for reliability and scalability

Requirements

• 7+ years in Infrastructure engineering, DevOps, Production engineering, or similar for large-scale systems
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go for automation and monitoring
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
• Ability to challenge status quo, identify weaknesses, propose solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, ownership skills
