What you will do

• Deliver scalable platform services and tooling within cross-functional teams to improve developer experience.
• Develop readable and maintainable infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Crossplane, and Helm.
• Implement test-first thinking and write unit and integration tests for platform tooling.
• Contribute to observability, alerting, and production validation across all platform services.
• Collaborate with engineering peers to promote golden path adoption and self-service documentation.
• Advocate for secure coding and infrastructure practices, including least-privilege access.

Requirements

• Experience in a Platform Engineering role (Level II) with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Crossplane, and Helm.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from Nottingham or London.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native system architecture and engineering principles.
• Ability to break down platform work into incremental, testable slices using agile principles.
