What you will do
- Build and maintain capacity models across service lines and teams, identifying utilization trends to balance workloads.
- Support workforce planning decisions including hiring, outsourcing, and resource redistribution.
- Coordinate staffing across projects, aligning skills, timelines, and priorities with team leaders.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, monitor KPIs like utilization and profitability, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Develop dashboards for capacity, workload forecasts, and project performance; translate data into insights.
- Identify workflow improvements, implement tools for scheduling and reporting, and scale processes for growth.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in operations, resource management, project management, or workforce planning.
- Experience in project-based or professional services environment preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, capacity planning, and modeling.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, modeling); experience with BI tools like Power BI.
- Understanding of utilization, realization, efficiency metrics; data-to-insights translation.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
