What you will do

• Lead end-to-end rebuild of design ecosystem, unifying mobile app, desktop client, and web services.
• Own architecture, strategic direction, component structure, design tokens, and system governance.
• Define visual design language and principles across desktop, web, iOS, and Android.
• Build and maintain scalable Figma component library from first principles for designers and engineers.
• Establish change management, versioning, deprecation workflows, and comprehensive documentation.
• Partner with engineering for production-ready components and conduct UI quality QA.
• Champion accessibility, identify improvements, and set brand-aligned design guidelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years in UX/product design with focus on complex B2C/B2B systems.
• 5+ years building/leading design systems at product companies, ideally multi-platform rebuilds from scratch.
• Advanced Figma experience: component libraries, variables, auto-layout, tokenization.
• Expertise owning architectural decisions, design tokens, governance, versioning, documentation.
• Strong collaboration with engineering/product, influence without authority.
• Autonomous in fast-paced environment, high proficiency in written/spoken English.
