UX Designer (Mobile & Web)

Salary: 11,300 - 16,800 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Design end-to-end UI/UX solutions for iOS, Android, and Web platforms, from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Support development teams during implementation by providing real-time design decisions and resolving UX questions.
• Prepare and present design concepts for internal reviews and customer-facing demonstrations.
• Maintain consistency with design systems, accessibility standards, and Apple/Google platform guidelines.
• Iterate on existing user flows using feedback, analytics, and usability insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on production-ready mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and design systems.
• Deep knowledge of mobile interaction patterns and platform-specific design guidelines.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• English: Good command of written and spoken English required.
• Location: Must be based in Krakow, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing design systems across both mobile and web.
• Understanding of mobile development constraints such as SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with usability testing and iterative design based on user feedback.
