What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX design for features and product areas alongside operational DesignOps responsibilities
• Define and implement AI-augmented workflows for automating accessibility audits, documentation, token management, and repetitive tasks
• Drive AI adoption by introducing tools, improving literacy, running experiments, and supporting infrastructure like automation pipelines and prompt libraries
• Own design system governance including health maintenance, versioning, naming conventions, and adoption tracking
• Select, implement, and maintain design tool stack (Figma, prototyping, handoff, documentation) and scalable design token systems with theming strategies
• Lead client workshops on DesignOps, process optimization, design systems; participate in pre-sales; define and execute user testing
• Mentor junior/mid-level designers, estimate project efforts, and optimize workflows end-to-end

Requirements

• 5–8 years in UX/Product Design with demonstrable DesignOps experience (process design, tooling, design systems)
• Proven experience with Figma, Tokens.Studio, Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated AI fluency with active use of AI-augmented workflows and ability to evaluate/introduce AI tools like Lovable, Claude
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion)
• Strong hands-on design craft and proven design systems management including governance and cross-team coordination
• Hands-on with design token architectures (Figma Variables, Tokens Studio), token-to-code pipelines, and developer workflows/CI/CD concepts
