What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for iOS and Android engagement systems.
• Develop interaction design, motivation systems, and progression models such as achievements, streaks, and reward frameworks.
• Translate product requirements and behavioral goals into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable mobile design system in Figma.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists in agile sprints.
• Conduct user research and usability testing across both adult and youth audiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design for mobile-first consumer products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and deep understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design.
• Proven experience designing for native iOS and Android mobile apps.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in design workflows to improve speed and quality.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience designing interactive systems or game-based engagement models.
• Deep understanding of behavioral psychology, intrinsic/extrinsic motivation, and retention design.
• Passion for health, education, or consumer wellness products.
