Senior Designer (Visual & Interactive)

TL;DR

Senior Designer (Visual & Interactive): Lead execution of high-quality visual and interactive web design solutions for large-scale website redesigns and scalable digital experiences with an accent on design systems, Atomic Design principles, and pixel-perfect execution. Focus on defining creative direction, building scalable UI components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on enterprise-level projects.

Location: San Jose, hybrid (minimum 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Lead design of high-fidelity web interfaces, layouts, and scalable UI components
• Drive full website redesigns from discovery to delivery
• Build and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma
• Produce visual assets including hero imagery, compositions, and retouching
• Collaborate with developers, strategists, and teams to align designs with requirements
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to creative processes

Requirements

• English proficiency (B2+/C1) in reading, writing, and verbal communication
• 5+ years in web design, digital product design, or visual design
• Advanced Figma expertise including components, auto-layout, libraries, and prototyping
• Deep knowledge of Atomic Design, typography, composition, and responsive principles
• Experience with complex web ecosystems and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong UX, accessibility, and interaction design practices

Nice to have

• Familiarity with motion, animation, and After Effects/Premiere
• Knowledge of digital marketing and business strategy
