What you will do

• Process accounts payable transactions, journal entries, and payments
• Perform bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations
• Manage intercompany accounting and accruals
• Review travel expenses and ensure policy compliance
• Support month-end/year-end closes, audits, and financial reporting
• Handle vendor, procurement, and contractor management
• Drive process improvements and assist with forecasting and cashflow

Requirements

• Professional qualification: CIMA/ACCA/ACA
• Accounts Payable expertise including invoice processing and vendor management
• General Ledger knowledge for posting and reconciling journal entries
• Experience with bank/vendor reconciliations and intercompany accounting
• Knowledge of NetSuite/Blackline or similar ERP, Excel proficiency
• Understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606/842, internal controls, and audit support
