TL;DR

Focus on scenario modeling for innovations, long-range planning, and delivering actionable insights for quarterly and yearly performance.

Location: Hybrid (Cork, Ireland) — based 3 days on site

What you will do

  • Manage business case financials for new product launches and provide scenario modeling to support business decisions.
  • Track KPIs and evaluate post-launch financial performance of innovations.
  • Perform quarter-end and year-end analysis to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support long-range planning (LRP) processes, coordinating data and aligning financial targets with the strategic roadmap.
  • Identify and implement improvements to make financial and operational reporting more efficient.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within an international FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or PC industry.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Oracle and ESS base is highly preferred.
  • Experience working within matrix or functional organizational structures.
  • University degree or HES.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Flexibility to maintain overlap with US business hours (EST/PST) for team collaboration.
