What you will do

• Design and balance the game economy to improve player happiness and drive growth.
• Create and test high-level pricing strategies for purchasable items and collectibles.
• Develop simulations and predictive models to forecast the results of content changes.
• Analyze player behavior using motivational theory to recommend new segmentation.
• Collaborate with product, game ops, and data teams to provide actionable insights.
• Implement game economy guidelines and promote knowledge sharing across the company.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in game economy.
• Strong understanding of behavioral economics and motivational theories.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in predictive analytics and player segmentation.
• Must be authorized to work in Spain on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of numerical simulation methods (e.g., Monte Carlo, Metropolis-Hastings).
• Intermediate Python or R.
