What you will do

• Serve as a centralized economic expert supporting multiple games across three distinct studios.
• Lead economic strategy and systems design on a project basis to drive engagement and business performance.
• Build complex predictive models and run simulations and A/B tests to validate design decisions.
• Mentor and upskill game-level economy designers and PMs through technical leadership and influence.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers across different geographies to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven track record of designing and optimizing complex game economies at a senior or lead level.
• Mastery of Excel is mandatory.
• Proficiency with SQL, R, or Python for deep-dive research and modeling.
• Deep understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) mechanics and balancing player experience with monetization.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives in a matrix leadership environment without formal reporting lines.

Nice to have

• Additional background in Monetization strategy.
• Experience working on large-scale online, social, or multiplayer games.
