Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (at least 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Drive cross-studio economic strategy as a shared expert supporting multiple games across distinct studios.
• Design robust pricing and reward systems and diagnose overall economic health.
• Mentor game-level economy designers and PMs on advanced economic frameworks.
• Build complex predictive models and run simulations to validate design decisions and forecast feature impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven track record of designing and optimizing complex game economies at a senior or lead level.
• Mastery of Excel is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) mechanics and sustainable monetization.
• Experience in matrix leadership and cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments.
• English: Professional proficiency required for application and work

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for deep-dive research and modeling.
• Additional background in Monetization strategy.
• Experience with large-scale online, social, or multiplayer games.
