What you will do

  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention across platforms.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns using automation tools such as Braze, MoEngage, or CleverTap.
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and lifecycle metrics.
  • Manage and optimize automated email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and personalization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, content, and analytics teams to align strategies with business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in lifecycle marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a consumer tech or internet company.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap) and web analytics tools.
  • Strong data background with the ability to write SQL in BigQuery, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
