What you will do

• Identify, shortlist, and manage KOLs and influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing and negotiation to content review and KPI alignment.
• Develop and maintain affiliate partnerships with bloggers and e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, conversions, and ROI to optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure brand and campaign alignment.
• Manage influencer databases, contracts, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media, KOL, or Influencer Marketing.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, influencer landscapes, and content trends.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
