TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (DevSecOps): Driving adoption and value realization of the DevSecOps platform for the DACH market with an accent on strategic advisory, Git branching strategies, and CI/CD best practices. Focus on translating product usage data into actionable insights and establishing Centers of Excellence to ensure long-term customer advocacy.

Location: Remote, must be based in or able to support the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships to drive adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert deployment guidance and help customers establish a hirify.global Center of Excellence.
  • Lead workshops to help customers maximize the value of the solution across the software development lifecycle.
  • Monitor customer progress against KPIs and share strategic insights with stakeholders and executives.
  • Translate product usage data into actionable recommendations that drive adoption and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to streamline issue resolution and align success plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption, value realization, and advocacy.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and version control workflows.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), development pipelines, and DevSecOps concepts.
  • Ability to translate technical details into clear insights for both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Capability to manage and support customers within the Central European (DACH) market.
