What you will do

• Evaluate and arrange model train lots from users to create attractive auctions.
• Create weekly lot selections using expertise and professional network.
• Review titles, descriptions, images, and provide accurate value estimates.
• Ensure transparent and fair transactions through consistent evaluations.
• Communicate rejections professionally to maintain seller relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales to attract new sellers and diversify lots.
• Partner with Marketing to boost bidder engagement and auction visibility.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in Model Trains.
• Strong commercial acumen and documented commercial experience.
• Eye for trade and value in the collectibles market.
• Excellent communication skills for diplomatic user interactions.
• Network of potential sellers and experts in the field.
• Good computer skills and digital tools proficiency.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
