Location: Bellheim, Germany (Hybrid/Mobile work available)

What you will do

  • Support the implementation of the sustainability strategy with a focus on ESG data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Drive and implement Scope 3 greenhouse gas accounting processes, including data collection and emissions calculations.
  • Collect, validate, and monitor ESG KPIs across departments to track progress against sustainability targets.
  • Coordinate internal and external ESG audits and prepare disclosures in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with site teams to embed climate-related requirements into operational processes.
  • Promote sustainability awareness through training sessions, workshops, and communication initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sustainability roles within industrial and international business environments.
  • Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards and frameworks (TCFD, GRI, ESRS, GHG Protocol, CDP, EU Taxonomy).
  • Experience with Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions methodologies and data collection.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
