What you will do

• Lead SAP project delivery from initiation to closure, managing scope, timelines, budget, and quality control.
• Manage team performance through regular 1:1 meetings, coaching, and annual evaluation processes.
• Oversee capacity and workload planning, proactively managing staffing requests and demand forecasting.
• Review and approve effort estimations and ensure high proposal quality in alignment with sales.
• Drive the hiring process by defining skill profiles, interviewing candidates, and coordinating onboarding.
• Provide senior-level reporting on project milestones, risks, and dependencies to management.
